Why Lincang and Pu'er grow tea unlike anywhere else
High mountain elevation, near-constant cloud cover and mineral-rich red soil give our leaves a depth that lowland tea cannot reach. Many of our source gardens hold ancient arbor tea trees — some over three centuries old — growing wild among the forest canopy rather than in cultivated rows.
