Yiwu is historically the most refined of the classic Pu-erh mountains, prized for elegance rather than intensity. This cake is picked from century-old gardens along Yiwu's forest ridgelines and processed by the traditional method for long-term cellaring.

Soft and refined with a delicate honey-orchid aroma, low bitterness, and a silky, sweet mouthfeel that develops complex fruit and camphor notes with age.

Recommended: 5g leaf per 100ml water, rinsed once, then steeped gongfu-style at 90–95°C starting at 10–15 seconds — slightly cooler than heartier mountain origins to preserve its delicacy.

Each production batch is tested for pesticide residue against EU maximum residue limits and US FDA thresholds, with lab certificates and phytosanitary documentation available on request ahead of shipment.
